In compliance of the order dated 21.7.2017, Mr.Neelam Namdev Ekka, Collector, Mungeli is present before this Court.

Learned State Counsel would submit that the land in question was the government land acquired by the National

Highway Authority and the petitioner having constructed on the government land compensation of Rs.37453/- has been given and the petitioner has already consented vide Annexure R/3 and accepted the compensation.

Since the land was government land and the petitioner has already been given compensation for construction, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make an application/adopt the arbitration proceeding for enhancement of the compensation in accordance with law. Sd/- (Sanjay K.Agrawal) Judge B/-
