Agrawal Order On Board 21/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the decree is not being executed by the Family Court as the said decree was passed on 30.04.2015 and therefore, the Family Court be directed to execute the decree expeditiously. (2) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (3) In view of above, the Family Court is directed to execute the decree expeditiously strictly in accordance with law. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
