Versus

3. Managing Director, Chhattisgarh State Marketing Federation, MARKFED Civil Line, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
---- Respondents For Petitioner :

For Respondent/MARKFED :

Hon'ble Shri Navin Sinha, Chief Justice Order on Board 22/01/2016 1.
Heard Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondents. 2.
The husband of the Petitioner was removed from service as far back as 10.5.1993. During his lifetime, he preferred an appeal in 1994 and a reminder appeal in 1995. When no order was passed, he also chose not to do anything about it and instituted a Writ Petition nearly six years later in 2011 and then withdrew the same on the plea that it was incomplete in particulars leading to the institution of the present writ petition after his demise on 24.10.2011. 3.
In absence of any explanation for six long years in moving this Court, the Court is not persuaded to entertain this writ petition. However, this does not prevent the Respondents from considering the grievances of the Petitioner in accordance with law and dispose it at their wisdom. 4.
The writ petition is disposed.
