(2) In view of above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach before the Collector, Bemetara along with application for grant of stay. If such an
application is filed by the petitioner for grant of stay before the Collector and in turn, the Collector shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
