Mr. Dhiraj Wankhede, Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 25/07/2017 (1) The suit has been filed by the plaintiff/respondent No.1 herein for specific performance of contract and permanent injunction against the present petitioner on 17.11.2014.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/defendant would submit that the suit was filed by the plaintiff/respondent No.1 for specific performance of contract and permanent injunction is not being considered and decided by the trial Court, which is still pending till now and there is no substantial progress in the trial of suit. (3) Be that as it may, the trial Court is directed to consider and decide the trial of the suit expeditiously from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
