1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has died, therefore, the appeal has become abated.

2. Learned State counsel after verification submits that the appellant Anil Kumar died on 26-11-2016. Death certificate of the appellant to that effect has also been filed which is taken on record and there is no reason to disbelieve the same.

3. As the appellant has died, the appeal stands abated and the bail bonds of the appellant stand discharged.
