The Cr.MP is admitted for consideration.

The Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mahasamund (CG) while passing the orders on Complaint Case No.212/2015 filed on behalf of the complainant Sunderlal Sahu, acquitted the accused-Netram Sahu. On perusal of entire evidence, in the considered view of this court, leave to appeal be granted. Consequently, instant Cr.MP is allowed and leave to appeal is granted.

The Registry is directed to register the case under the head of Acquittal Appeal.

On payment of PF within seven days from today, let notice be issued to respondent by usual mode as well as by registered mode, returnable within four weeks.

The Registry shall keep track of the delivery of registered letter from the postal website, download the same and place a printed copy on record after service is complete.

Record of court below be called for and requisition therefor be sent through usual and fax modes.
