1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by the impugned order the petitioner has been directed to vacate the government accommodation alloted to her. He would further submit that he may be allowed to make a representation before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Kabirdham which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

2. The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

3. The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the Sub

Divisional Officer (Revenue), Kabirdham within a period of seven days from today along with copy of this order. If such a representation is made before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Kabirdham within the stipulated time, the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Kabirdham shall look into the matter and take a decision on the petitioner's representation within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off.
