The learned counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that after filing this appeal, the Project of Integrated Pearl Cultivation in District Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh during the period of January, 2006 to October, 2011 under 100% Export Oriented Unit (hereinafter referred to as 'EOU') Scheme has been declared by the Competent Authority and as such the Appellant wants to avail the benefit of the said scheme.

It is under the said circumstances, I.A. No. 1 of 2019, application for withdrawal of the appeal is filed.

Permission is granted.

The appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
