Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that Criminal Case No.123/2012 in between State of Chhattisgarh vs Dr. Tarun Dhruv and others is pending since 28.06.2012, in which the petitioner is also one of the accused. The petitioner is a government servant and his retiral dues have not been finalized, therefore, appropriate direction may kindly be issued to expedite and conclude

the trial pending against the petitioner.

Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer. 3.

The Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur is directed to expedite and conclude the trial in Criminal Case No.123/2012 in between State of Chhattisgarh vs Dr. Tarun Dhruv and others within 4 months from the date of copy of receipt of this order.

The petition under Section 482 of CrPC stands disposed off. No order as to cost (s).
