Having heard the contentions raised by the applicants in the present MCC, this court is of the opinion that the applicants seek for review of the order that this court has passed in WPS No.4419 of 2020.

Considering the fact that the contents of MCC is that there have been material suppression of facts on behalf of the non-applicant herein where the factual details were not properly brought on record by the petitioner in the writ petition, this court permits the applicants/Respondents Bank in the writ petition to file a proper Review Petition rather than MCC seeking for review of the order dated 18.11.2020 passed in WPS No.4419 of 2020.
