Order On Board 31/07/2017 (1) The impungned judgment dated 18.05.2017 passed by the Family Court is appealable under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984, therefore, this petition is held to be not maintainable. (2) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, it will not bar the petitioner to proceed in accordance with law. (3) The certified copy of the impugned order and other relevant documents be returned to the counsel for the petitioner, after furnishing an attested photocopy thereof.
