The controversy involved in this writ application relates to nonconsideration of the past services rendered as Head Master, Primary School, for promotion of the Petitioners, now holding the post of Upper Division Teacher, to Head Master, Middle School. 2.

Counsel for the parties are agreed that the writ application may be disposed in similar terms as Writ Petition (S) No. 1407 of 2012. 3.
