Agrawal Order On Board 27/07/2017 (1) The Nayab-Tahsildar has already issued notice to the petitioner against which this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner herein. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Nayab-Tahsildar has already issued notice against the petitioner on 09.06.2017.
(3) Since notice has already issued to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition. However, the
petitioner is at liberty to file reply along with the copy of order dated 25.01.2016 before the Nayab-Tahsildar and in turn, the NayabTahsildar would consider and decide the reply of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with reply of the petitioner. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
