Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the order of the Commissioner dated 29.03.2016 to record petitioner's name in the revenue record, the respondent No.4- Tahsildar, Bilaspur is not complying with the order of the Collector.

Be that as it may, the Collector and the Sub Divisional Officer, Bilaspur are directed to look into the matter and, in turn, direct the Tahsildar, Bilaspur to comply with the order dated 29.03.2016 expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
