Solicitor General for Union of India/respondents submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied with though there is some delay in complying the same. He submits that for this delay respondents are tendering unconditional apology and the notice has already been issued to the University for imposing maximum penalty. In view of the statement made by Shri Vyas, ASG, the petitioner does not wish to press the contempt petition.
