Sam Koshy Order On Board 28/03/2018 The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that though there is an order in his favour passed by the Additional Commissioner on 20.09.2017 Annexure P-5 whereby the order of the Collector canceling the appointment of the petitioner dated 31.03.2016 has been set aside, no further order has been passed as a consequence to the order of Additional Commissioner in favour of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that let an appropriate direction be issued to the Collector to ensure that the order of the Commissioner dated 20.09.2017 Annexure P-5 is complied with at the earliest. 3.

State counsel does not oppose the limited prayer made by the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that the respondent no.2 Collector shall personally look into the matter and taking into consideration the order of the Commissioner dated 20.09.2017 Annexure P-5 shall pass a suitable order at the earliest. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 45 days from the date of production of the certified copy of this Order.
