Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite lease having been granted in his favour by the Gram Panchayat, Rajasevaiya Khurd, Block & Tahsil Pithora, District Mahasamund, the Sarpanch of the said Gram Panchayat is not allowing him to work.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Mahasamund is directed to look into the matter and resolve the dispute between the parties expeditiously. 3.
