1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the petition, the Government has communicated to the petitioner on 6.2.2016 and a circular has also been issued on 16.2.2017. He submits that in view of this subsequent development, this matter at this stage, may be disposed off with a direction for consideration of petitioner's case by the Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Kabirdham.

2. In view of the above submission, this petition is finally disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move fresh representation bringing notice of the competent

-2authority, the circular and communication. Upon receipt of such representation, the competent authority shall take appropriate decision thereon within a period of 10 weeks.
