Agrawal Order On Board 1 4 /0 3 /201 (1) Instant writ petition is directed against the order dated 26.02.2018 passed by respondent No. 3- Tahsildar, by which the Tahsildar has forwarded the application of respondent No. 4 to the Police Station Bijapur for providing security, if any.

(2) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order dated 26.02.2018 is bad and unsustainable in law, which is liable to be set aside.

(3) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. (4) The letter dated 26.2.2018 is simply a request letter by Tahsildar to the Station House Officer, Police Station, Bijapur for providing security to respondent No. 4, if any.

(5) The petitioner is at liberty to move before the higher revenue authorities against the letter dated 26.02.2018 issued by the Tahsilar. It also appears from the record that there is civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondent No. 4, therefore, the petitioner is also at liberty to move before the jurisdictional civil court for redressal of his other grievances.

(6) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
