Agrawal Order On Board 30/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel for the respondent No. 3/ Municipal Corporatoin would submit that the petitioner may file reply to notice (Annexure P-7) given by the Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur within a period of four weeks from today, that will be considered and decided for a further period of four weeks from the date of filing of reply.

(3) Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file reply to the notice (Anneuxre P-7) within a period of four weeks from today and, in turn, the

respondent No. 3- Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur shall consider and decide the same for a further period of four weeks for the date of filing of reply. (4) For the period of 10 weeks, no proceeding shall be taken for demolition of the suit shop.

(5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
