1. The Petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 18.04.2016 on several grounds. One of which ground that has been raised in the Petition is that the order violates the policy of keeping husband and wife
together as far as possible.
2. It is found that the petitioner has filed this petition without preferring any representation.
3. However, the ground that the broad policy of keeping the husband and wife together as far as possible requires consideration, it is expedient at this stage to dispose off the Petition with a direction to the Petitioner to represent his case within 10 days from today before the competent authority who passed the transfer order and the same shall be decided within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. Meanwhile, for a period 3 weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the Petitioner.
