ORAL ORDER (14/01/2015) Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to the respondents No. 2 to 4 to submit final re'port under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. in connection with Crime No. 148/14' Police Station - Balco Nagar, Korba. 2.

Learned State counsel has shown to this Court a copy communication issued by the concerned police station in the name of the petitioner informing him that a closure report has already been submitted before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

In view of the above, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 5.

lf the petitioner desires to raise objection on the closure report he may appear before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. The Magistrate shall supply copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
