(4) For non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 15.02.2016 passed by this Court, applicant's petition was dismissed by the office vide office note dated 13.06.2016.
(5) Considering the grounds taken in the application and submission made by the applicant, the MCC No.482/2016 is allowed and Writ Petition (S) No.4320/2015, which was dismissed for noncompliance of the Court order dated 15.02.2016 is restored to its original number, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 3,000/- payable to High Court Legal Aid Committee, if the cost will not be deposited within a period of two weeks, the MCC shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court.
