1. Learned State counsel, under the instructions issued by the Government, would submit that against the order of the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Surajpur, remedy lies before the Collector.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to make representation/revision before the Collector, Surguja, and that may be directed to be decided.

3. The prayer is fair and reasonable.

4. If the petitioner raises dispute/files revision before the Collector, Surguja, the Collector shall decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from

the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With this observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
