1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that learned trial Court had passed decree dated 10/05/2016 in favour of the petitioner. Thereafter, petitioner has filed an application for execution of decree which is pending before the trial Court since 05/11/2016.

2. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to move an application for urgent hearing before the executing Court. If such an application is moved by the petitioner, the executing Court will proceed strictly in accordance with law expeditiously.

3. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India stands disposed of. No cost(s).
