Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a complaint against the respondent No.4 before respondent No.2-Municipal Corporation, Raipur for removing illegal construction, but respondent No.2
-Municipal Corporation is not taking any effective steps till date and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously. 2.
Mr. Kashif Shakeel, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2Municipal Corporation, on advance copy would submit that three notices have already been issued and effective steps are being taken by the Municipal Corporation to remove the encroachment.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 4.
Be that as it may, respondent No.2-Municipal Corporation, Raipur is directed to take necessary steps and do the needful expeditiously. 5.
