Without entering into the merits of the case, the counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the authorities by making a suitable representation for redressal of his grievance in respect of grant of time pay scale.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities for ventilating his grievance. He shall also be at liberty to file a fresh representation in addition to any representation that the petitioner has already made.
