This is an application for restoration of F.A. No. 232/2016 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 19/07/2017. 2.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, the application is allowed and F.A. No. 232/2016 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject, however, on payment of cost of Rs. 1000/- to the High Court of Chhattisgarh Middle Income Group Legal Aid Society within a period of one week. 3.

It is made clear, if the cost is not paid within a period of one week from today, this order shall lose its efficacy.
