Agrawal Order On Board 01/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made application for regularization of the unauthorized construction before the competent authority, which is pending till this date and notice has been issued to demolish the construction against him and therefore, direction may be issued to the competent authority to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the competent authority is directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner for regularization of the unauthorized construction expeditiously preferably within a period of

two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
