On due consideration, I am satisfied that the applicant has succeeded in explaining the cause of delay in filing the MCC. The M.C.C. is allowed and the delay is hereby condoned.

By way of this MCC, the applicant is seeking restoration of Writ Petition (S) No. 563 of 2015.

For non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 31.01.2017 passed by this Court, applicant's petition was dismissed vide office note dated 23.02.2017.
