The present Contempt Petition has been filed by Petitioner in respect of non-compliance of Order dated 2.12.2020 passed by this Court in WPS No. 4610/2020.

Today, an MCC, viz. MCC No. 179/2021, filed by the management of SECL seeking for extension of time for compliance of the aforesaid Order dated 2.12.2020 passed in WPS No. 4610/2020, was taken up for hearing by this Court. The said MCC has been allowed and disposed of today granting the management of SECL a further 45 days' time for compliance of the said Order. 3.

In view of the fact that the said MCC has been allowed and the management of SECL has been granted further 45 days' time for compliance of the Order dated 2.12.2020 passed in WPS No. 4610/2020, the present Contempt Petition would not maintainable.

Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is disposed of, reserving the right of Petitioner to approach this Court at a later stage in case if need so arises. 5.
