1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appeal under the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Kasht Chiran (Viniyan) Adhiniyam, 1984 is pending before the appellate authority.

2. Be that as it may, the appellate authority is directed to consider and conclude the hearing of appeal and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
