Complaining non compliance of the order passed in WPS No.2293/2017, the applicant had preferred CONT No.369/2017, which was disposed of on 21.07.2017, however, the present contempt petition has been preferred again on the plea that the person arrayed as contemnor in the earlier contempt petition was infact not the person who has passed the order (Annexure-C-3). 2.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case and in view of the disposal of earlier CONT No.369/2017, the present contempt petition is disposed of with direction that if the petitioner prefers a

fresh representation before the contemnor within a period of 3 weeks from today, the said authority shall consider the representation afresh in accordance with law keeping in view the orders passed in favour of other similarly placed candidates. Sd/- Judge Prashant Kumar Mishra Nirala
