Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application for building permission with map to construct residential house is pending consideration before the Municipal Corporation, Bhilai, District Durg since 01.05.2017 and therefore direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondents No.1 & 2 are directed to consider and

take a decision on the application of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
