1. The petitioner was appointed as Anganwadi Karyakarta for Anganwadi Centre Semardih, Janpad Panchayat Dabhra by order of the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Dabhra dated 2.8.2006 (Annexure P/4), but same Janpad Panchayat again by order dated 4.9.2006 (Annexure P/1) appointed respondent No.5 as Anganwadi Karyakarta. However, no opportunity of hearing was given to the petitioner.
2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make a representation to the Collector, Janjgir-Champa within 15 days from today and in turn, the Collector, Janjgir-Champa will make an inquiry into the said fact and thereafter consider and
decide the representation of the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of the representation after hearing all the affected parties keeping in view the order dated 14.12.2006 passed by this Court.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
