Sam Koshy Order On Board 15/03/2018 The limited request which the petitioner makes in the present writ petition is for a direction to respondent no.4 for sending L.P.C., Service Book and Pass Book of the petitioner to the present place of posting of the petitioner i.e. the Office of Integrated Child Development Project, Ramchandrapur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (CG). 2.
The grievance of the petitioner is that she while in service at Integrated Child Development, Konta, District Sukma was transferred on 01.08.2017 pursuant to which she has joined at the transferred place i.e. the Office of
Integrated Child Development Project, Ramchandrapur, District BalrampurRamanujganj (CG). Though she has joined at her transferred place at Ramchandrapur, because of the fact that her L.P.C, Service book and Pass book have not been sent from Sukma to Ramchandrapur, her salary could not be processed and she is being deprived of her salary all this period. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner at present, is on maternity leave and she is in dire need of the salary part.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending and the petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to respondents 3 & 4 to ensure that the L.P.C, Service book and Pass book of the petitioner be sent from the Integrated Child Development, Konta, District Sukma to the Office of Integrated Child Development Project, Ramchandrapur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (CG) within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner shall be at liberty to produce the copy of this order before respondents 3 & 4 for necessary action. The State counsel also intimate the respondents in this regard.
