Learned Counsel for the Petitioners at the outset submits that by efflux of time the only relief as of now which he is claiming is for a direction to Respondent No.1 to consider the case of the Petitioners for their names to be included in the Gradation List of degree holder Engineers.

The said proposal is not opposed by the learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for the State.

Accordingly, the present writ petition as of now stands disposed of with a direction that the Petitioners shall make a fresh representation to Respondent No.1 within a period of 30 days from today and on such representation being made the Respondent No.1 shall consider the case of the Petitioners and shall decide the same in accordance with law within a further period of 90 days. 4.
