(2) This Court vide order dated 15.11.2017 passed in Writ Petition (Art. 227) No. 2371 of 2018 while disposing of the petition, directed that the Industrial Court shall decide the appeal filed by the petition on merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (3) However, by this PUD, learned Industrial Court, Raipur has prayed for further time for deciding the appeal.

(4) Considering the reasons assigned in the P.U.D., prayer is allowed and further two months' time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted to the Industrial Court to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner.
