In view of the same, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition before this High Court would not be maintainable. The petitioner would have to approach the concerned Central Administrative Tribunal for redressal of his grievance.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Central Administrative Tribunal for redressal of his grievance.
