Justice Rajani Dubey Order On Board 08/03/2019 Though this appeal has been filed assailing legality of order dated 30/01/2019 in the matter of grant of interim maintenance, learned counsel for the appellant does not wish to press this appeal, though he prays for a direction to be issued for expeditious disposal of the case.

It is submitted that the case is pending before the Court below since February, 2018.

At this stage, though we are not inclined to prescribe any specific time limit, nevertheless, the learned Family Court shall do well to expeditiously dispose off the case pending before it, as early as possible.
