This is the second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 456/2019, registered at Police Station-City Kotwali, Jagdalpur, District-Bastar (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. 3.
Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that 60 kg. of ganja was recovered from possession of the present applicants.

First bail applications of the applicants have been rejected by this Court on merits on 4.8.2020 in M.Cr.C.Nos.1468 of 2020 and 1467 of 2020.

After dismissal of first bail applications on merits, I do not find any new ground or change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Accordingly, second bail application is also rejected. However, considering the fact that the applicants are in jail since 30.8.2019, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) JUDGE B/-
