This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 11/2015, registered at Police Station Punjipanthra, District Raigarh (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 380, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that applicant and three other co-accused persons have stolen cheque of Rs. 23,200/- from Singhai Enterprises, Taraimal and have encashed the cheque and distributed amongst them.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the material collected by the prosecution and manner in
which it is said to have been done, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.

Accordingly, bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is rejected.
