1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation to the Collector, Janjgir for redressal of his grievance in accordance with the Revenue Book Circular.
2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before the Collector, Janjgir in accordance with the provisions of the Revenue Book Circular and that will be considered and decided by the Collector, Janjgir in accordance with law expeditiously.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
