At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the application on the statement that as main co-accused has been granted bail, the applicant also intends to surrender and apply for grant of regular bail. He would submit that the Court below may be directed to consider regular bail application on the same day.

Considering the aforesaid submission, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail after surrender. Further, the Court below may decide the application, if possible, on the same day and in any case, within three days.
