Agrawal Order On Board 17/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that though the original petitioner has been promoted on the post of Assistant Grade-I vide order dated 04.10.2006 effective from 22.11.2000, but arrears of salaries have not been paid since 29.12.1994.
(2) On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the
respondents would submit that the actual benefits have been given to the petitioner from the date of actual joining since 04.10.2006. (3) Be that as it may, the petitioners are directed to make representation before the respondent-Food Corporation of India for redressal of their grievances. If such representation is filed by the petitioners before the Food Corporation of India and in turn, the Food Corporation of India shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
