Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after filing of the writ petition, the authorization letter for payment of G.P.F has been issued to the petitioner. However, liberty may be granted to make representation before the respondent authorities for grant of interest. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is allowed. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty reserved in

favour of the petitioner to make representation before the respondent authorities with regard to the interest payable to him and, in turn, the respondent authorities shall consider and decide the same expeditiously within a period of two months from the date of representation.
