1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that decree has been passed in favour of the petitioner by the Civil Court in Civil Suit No.15A/15 and mutation order has been passed by the Tahsildar, Janjgir, but the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Janjgir is interfering with the order of the Civil Court.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to move the competent Civil Court for redressal of his grievance.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
