1. None appears for the petitioner. Since the petition is of the year 2011, this Court proceeds to decide the case.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents had not granted the retiral dues and pensionary benefits to the petitioner, though he had retired from service w.e.f. 31.10.2002.

3. The respondents subsequently filed a reply, wherein they have stated that the entire retiral dues and pensionary benefits payable to the petitioner in due course has been paid as is reflected from the details given in Annexure R/1 filed by the State Government.

4. Given the facts that the entire retiral dues have been paid by the respondents as per Annexure R/1, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. The writ petition thus stands disposed off.

5. However, in case if the petitioner is still aggrieved and has some more payments left to be claimed from the respondents, he is at liberty to approaching the respondents by making a detailed representation in this regard and on the receipt of the representation the respondents shall consider the same and decide the representation as expeditiously as possible.
