1. This is repeat application for grant of anticipatory bail. Earlier application for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected by this Court as back as on 05.10.2015. Repetition of application for grant of anticipatory bail after four years is bereft of any merit and only an attempt to avoid arrest.

2. No case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail. The application for grant of anticipatory bail is accordingly rejected.
